Ok. I’ve made this awesome time line for Greek Vase Painting with the different vases on the back of my bedroom door. However! It took me an HOUR to draw and anotate one pot last night—-> Euphronios Calyx Krater (!!!) I did get faster (mainly because I stopped caring about how well I drew them and ended up just drawing their heads because THEIR BODIES WERE COVERED IN DRAPERY—-> STUPID MAKRON SKYPHOS!!!
My goal is that by the end of the weekend I would have FINISHED this AmAzInG timeline. HOWEVER!!!!!! I still have SEVEN pots to draw and anotate!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! GAR! There are two pots which I’m not even going to care about learning: the Francois vase and the Lydos pot because the first has too many stories and the second is so ugly and the figures don’t even look like they have faces.
I’ve spent barely an hour today doing equations for Statistics. I did the Botany Clean Up today which was nice, not that I won anything, but got to hang out with Lauren <Vote Lauren for student rep>. I’m going off to draw another ugly vase—-> Kleophrades Painter’s Pointed Amphora which is possibly the most ironic given that it is completely pointless as a pot because its point means it needs a stand or it’ll fall over. It reminds me off a deformed child from Hiroshima or Chernobyl. Is that too mean?
