And so ends the very first week of University for Novia. It was so unbelieveably tiring. I just feel like sitting around and not doing anything today. Alas, I have a BBQ I must attend for one of the clubs I joined. Suck… I mean I’ll get to meet other people but I don’t feel like doing anything atm.
So my first week went pretty well. HAVE NO IDEA HOW TO MAKE FRIENDS… AT ALL!!!!!!! It’s so hard when the lectures are so big that you sit next to someone and never see them again AND it’s not like you get to talk to them anyway because it’s a LECTURE!!!
I haven’t made any “friends” yet because I only really see them in lectures… I have met up with lots of different people who went to Botany though. Bethany is in my law class which is awesome. And apparently Josh Wu is as well which makes sense because I keep thinking I see him in my lectures…
The lectures are pretty good though. I do enjoy my law lectures which I have 3 times a week at 8am! French and Chinese aren’t lectures but more classes… So we have to call the roll or sign a piece of paper to say that we’re there. SO yeah. I also had to buy a $100 book for French yesterday. It is SO THIN!
The MOST annoying thing about going to Uni is taking 2 hours travel (there and back) for two hours of lectures… The bus makes you really tired and it’s not surprising to see people falling asleep. I would but I’m paranoid about missing my stop.
