So it’s my first proper day in Ukraine… It also happens to be the day that they are celebrating the 20th anniversary of AIESEC Donetsk. To celebrate this anniversary AIESEC Donetsk organise an event… but not just any event… a pub crawl… or drinking marathon… that’s right: My fucking first day in Ukraine I spend walking around Donetsk drinking Ukrainian wine and beer getting tipsy with other AIESECers. Is there any better way to meet and get to know people for the first time other than under the influence? Unfortunately I had to leave early, but that’s ok because I’m now (at 1.30am) getting tipsy with my host on Ukrainian beer… YA!

Personally, I also think that my English is getting a bit fob… I don’t know if you can tell by my writing but spending time with Ukrainians has started to affect my English so maybe I’ll come back with an accent afterall excessive use of = too much to drink. I’ve been studying Russian and learnt some swears… NICE!
