So I left Donetsk on Tuesday (22 Dec) night with Shelly, Sarah, Toni and Virginia and we headed to Simferopol. The train took like 10 hours and Toni and I stayed up for the whole of it talking, oh yeah, cos we are cool. Or retarded. Anyways. Um. Had the McDisappointment for breakfast at McDonalds. Sadness. We were met at the train station’s McDonalds by Sacha/Alex (he goes by both names) and we were taken to a really nice flat which the girls loved! (Toni, Sarah, Shelly and Virginia live in Uni dorms and it’s the shits basically. I live in an Iuliia’s apartment which is nice :)) We went to the city centre, walked around, met May who is an intern from Perth and she showed us around. Simferopol is a cute city. I want to say lovely but lately all I can say is that “This city is lovely.” “He/She is lovely.” Gotta change up the adjectives but my limited vocabulary doesn’t allow it.
