Well, I’ve been away a lot and have been rather busy lately. I’ve have now decided that the Big Day Out wasn’t disappointing, in fact, the best part was telling everyone about the crappy day I had and the extremely interesting things that happened. They weren’t that interesting on the day but they are really interesting when you tell people about it.
Went to the city with Becca, Genie and Docie. We were at Real Groovey at 7am waiting for Fall Out Boy tickets to come on sale at 9… Yay it was fun and at bout 8.30 Lynda and Lycia met up with us in the line. The line wasn’t overly long but it was fun sitting on the pavement and waiting… YAY. We spent the day in the city, it was fun as. Hehe. I found this belt and it’s sooooo awesomely cool. I love it. I want it.
Me and Docie got to go camping last weekend with Brenda and Tom. They bought Brooke, Sharon and Marama (the kids) and Brian and Karen came too. It was Docie’s second time in like two weeks, she got to go when me and Genie went to the Big Day Out. Genie couldn’t come because she was working. It was fun and really nice, apart from the insects.
Most of last week I was working. Work is good but boring. Tomorrow should be our last day. Hopefully. Holy cow, because we (me and Becca) had to go to school Friday morning we had to ride the bikes because we needed to go to work after school. So we rode from Becca’s house (I had slept over the night) got to my house, got changed and left the bikes at home, walked to school, did out thing at school, walked home, got changed, rode to work, worked and then rode back to Becca’s house….. For me who hadn’t really ridden a bike in about 7 years it was a real work out. My knees were all weird and I was really tired after.
This weekend Becca’s dad took us (me Becca and Martina) to Becca’s uncle’s house and we hung out there making things in the magic bullet and watching Dead Like Me which is a pretty good series. We also went to Glenfield Mall which is a nice change from Botany.
Yay. I’m going to be working tomorrow, Tuesday is Waitangi Day which and my parents want me to wash the car. I also need to figure out all of my accounts I’ve joined and delete some and start using Gmail and meet up with Becca and Ludwig in the afternoon… I want to have a better look at Sounds+ which just reopened on Saturday I think. Sounds is like my fave store in Botany, it is so cool. And I also have to get my parents to allow me to see Mona and Kuljeet outside of school because it’s honestly just getting ridiculous. (My parents banned me from seeing Mona and Kuljeet, semi-long story that I don’t feel like going into at the moment) I found a email that may help me. Ok. Must leave.
