Well my favourite time of year IS definately CHRISTMAS/SUMMER HOLIDAYS! And it’s on it’s way. However, one of my favourite evenings is PRIZEGIVING!
Prizegiving is this evening and this year I get to watch the Yr 11 and Yr 12 Prizegiving seeing as I am playing in Concert Band for the first and receiving an award in the second … that’s right … hahahahaha… ANYWAY…. This year’s Yr 12 Prizegiving is extra special because we finally get to find out who gets the Head Student roles. Here are my picks (in alphabetical order):
Head Boy/Deputy Head Boy: Ryan Cha, Ludwig Wenzich, Reagan White
Head Girl/Deputy Head Girl: Kelly Betrand, Melody Guo, Pippa Neels
Heaps of my friends entered however I know that I have no chance of getting the role because there are heaps of other people who have done much more for the school than I have. I’m pretty sure that my picks are pretty correct.
One part of the less boring parts of prizegiving are the Whanau Videos/Slideshows which show what each Whanau has done for the year. I must say that I’m very proud of Discovery’s video even though Felix thinks it’s embarrassing. I’ll see if I can get the UNCENSORED version on here.
I just hope that Prizegiving is as fun as it was last year.

Yay Prizegiving! Hmmm I wanna know who, soooo much. Not me more Head student thoough, but I am also getting a prize hehe.
