Second Draw Down

One more sleep to go! It’s the night before we go to Malaysia and my parents still haven’t packed while Docie was fully packed a week ago and has been living out of her suitcase ever since. I think I have to pack some more things because my suitcase looks slightly empty, but it’s definately the tidiest

Hm, well the plane ride is 11 hours long so… *achoo achoo achoo* (hopefully that sneezing is gone when we get to Malaysia… random New Zealand ailments such as hay fever and really dry hands disappear once you hit the tarmac and the really humid whether.) … I’ll have to like be prepared to be bored… and kinda feel sick… like I have a flu kinda sick without the sore throat and blocked nose.

Because we are going to Malaysia, which is a Muslim/Islamic country (I really don’t know the difference. Yes, I am ignorant) Mum is very weary and kinda always has been over what we wear… like wearing low cut tops and all that… not that we (me and my sisters) really do. But there are things like… those singlets with the lacy top and bottom bit… if they (Malaysians) saw that they’d be like “Are you wearing you’re underwear on the outside?” Well not quite like that but yeah.

Our flight is at 2pm and we land at 1am New Zealand time… tiring? Yes. But, of course, we are going out for dinner with our relatives before we get any shut eye. Last time we went for Christmas Docie, Genie and I were fully dead at the table while everyone else was eating.

Holy cow, I just realised that it’s 11.01pm and I needa get up early so that everyone can get ready tomorrow as we’re going to the airport at 10. Ok. Time to recheck my suitcase…
